Uninstall it there, then reinstall your Bluetooth drivers from the manufacturer page. I can help once I know this info. if you have a bluetooth device installed,right-click and choose Enable.

When screen comes on pick "Last Known Good start up" worded something like that.

Good luck! reviversoft It doesn't appear this model of desktop comes with Bluetooth. It may reveal file corruption or a disk error that's preventing normal shutdown.
