You need to go to C:\Program Files (x86)\ASUS\ASUS Smart Gesture\AsTPCenter\model\ and change the InertiaSetting.ini file. I've loaded up the latest drivers from Synaptics (v 22.214.171.124) and still had the same behavior. All functions seem OK. I also downgraded mouse drivers.
