I don't care what kind of internet connection you have - direct interent, Wifi, metered Wifi, or spoofed metered Wifi. I have not uset Preview for months and have an SSD as systemdisk. Regardless of if I use the power button, shutdown from the start menu, or 'shutdown -s -t 0 -f' in the command prompt, nothing happens, and my computer stays on.
